In January 2017, Future of London launched Making the Most of Build to Rent, a report on London’s burgeoning institutional PRS sector. An executive summary of this research is now available, summarising the key research findings and recommendations.
The research gives an overview of current PRS development in London, which includes high-end, amenity-rich Build to Rent development and conversions of housing of other tenures.
