Head of Leadership
Jane joined Future of London in September 2020 as Head of Leadership, overseeing our current and future leadership programmes. With a background in business excellence and employee engagement, she has a passion for building the capability of individuals and organisations through professional development.
An experienced trainer and presenter, she has designed and run programmes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and helped improve the customer offer for two of the UK’s leading capacity building frameworks: Investors in People and Customer Service Excellence.
Previously Acting Chief Executive at IIP, Jane led a radical overhaul of products and worked closely with the Department of Health to launch a Health and Wellbeing Award. At the Cabinet Office, Jane helped design and launch Customer Service Excellence, based on the key drivers of customer satisfaction and insight.
Jane qualified as an accountant at the National Audit Office, where she specialised in devising and running training programmes on Value for Money techniques in the UK and overseas.
