This 3 December event is the culmination of our major research project, sponsored by EDF Energy.
Our 23 October seminar on energy efficiency in the private rented sector examined the role of regulation, accreditation and licensing schemes in identifying ‘invisible’ landlords.
On 2nd October, we held the first of two seminars on engaging private landlords in energy efficiency, exploring incentives, barriers and communication.
Supported by EDF Energy, this research project focuses on how boroughs can engage with landlords to improve PRS housing.
This May, we’re partnering with UCL’s Grand Challenge of Sustainable Cities for three panel discussions focused on non-domestic retrofit.
