Modern Growth: investment training session

Mark Bousfield, Sector Lead – Cities and Government, Aviva Capital Partners, will be hosting and leading an intensive half-day training session on institutional investment exclusively for the Future of London Executive Director Growth Network.

Mark will lead this session with input from other speakers including Avison Young, DWF Group and Lloyds Banking Group. It's designed specifically for senior decision-makers responsible for major investment and partnerships in London boroughs. 

The aim is to align good practice with problem-solving to support directors in their day-to-day work.

You'll leave with a deeper, practical understanding of applying commercial principles in local government outcomes. 

Topics covered will include: 

  • Changing investment trends for regeneration and housing
  • Trends and good practice in subsidy control
  • Trends and good practice in partnership working
  • New avenues for regional development
