Workshop: How to map social value and leave a lasting legacy

Registration is closed for this event

Join us for a ‘social value mapping workshop’ on Wednesday 29 November, 9am to 1pm as part of our Unlocking Social Value programme.

At our recent conference, delegates were asked to consider what it means to be a “good ancestor” and leave a lasting social value legacy. The workshop will draw on systems mapping principles to really understand the relationships, skills, processes and approaches that are critical in achieving long term impact.

We’ll work in groups to share stories and experiences, collaborate on good practices and together identify the steps needed to ensure social value legacy. The output will be a draft ‘social value legacy route-map'. Delegates will have a chance to further shape the development of this resource before a launch in March 2024.

This event will appeal to practitioners engaged in all aspects of delivering social value in places, from investors through to community members. The workshop is part of a series of events organised by Future of London to explore social value legacy and offers the chance to network and exchange views on what works in delivering social value.
