Hony is an esteemed executive in the Social Housing sector, with nearly 30 years of experience, including a decade at board level. She has held multiple senior roles, including Managing Director, demonstrating a strong record in both small and large housing organisations. Her adaptability and deep industry expertise have gained me widespread respect in the business community.

Hony leads as Chair of Eldon Housing Association and WISH London, sit on the boards of Somerset Co-operative Community Land Trust and Trinity Housing Association, and is a Regional Group Member of CIH. As the Founder and CEO of Hony Premlal Consultancy, she offers executive mentoring, coaching, and housing consultancy services, while hosting the podcast “High Tea with Hony.”

A passionate advocate for organisational change and women’s empowerment, Hony’s leadership has driven transformation projects that enhance governance, operations, and customer satisfaction. Her education includes an MBA and a certificate in Organisational Leadership from Harvard Business School.
