Patricia is an experienced and dedicated Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EDI) Consultant with a wealth of experience in EDI with the ability to influence and drive change within large organisations. CIPD qualified with many years of experience, she has excellent exposure to multi-national work cultures and a strong track record of developing, implementing and monitoring programmes that progress inclusion, cultural change and leadership accountability. She provides advice and guidance on inclusion strategies, recruitment and progression, succession planning/talent management processes, leadership support. With thirteen years’ experience, this includes anti-racism consultation, race equality advisory, developing race inclusion strategies, action planning and supporting senior leaders, D&I and HR contacts to lead and drive race equality initiatives. Patricia’s varied expertise includes providing resources and consultation to Executive Committee teams (ExCo), Diversity & Inclusion Practitioners; Diversity Champions; Employee Resource Groups, and Executive Sponsors of employee resource groups.
