Future of London recently ran team days for Southwark Council and Momentum Transport Consultancy, and we received excellent feedback.
Southwark Council asked us to deliver an away day for their planning and growth directorate to celebrate their successes and develop connections within the team.

During the team day, we uncovered hidden expertise and developed plans for working together. We also devised a quiz about the borough to make it fun!

Helping to embed values
We have run two annual company culture days for Momentum Transport Consultancy. The brief for the first away day was to strengthen bonds in the team and enable colleagues to shape the organisation’s values.
The team left the day with a new set of values and recommendations on ways to embed them.

“Our values are now a lot clearer and have more meaning to the team who helped to build them.”
