Dipa is an architect with over 20 years’ design experience in various sectors including commercial, retail, residential, acoustics and music. She is passionate about mixed-use regeneration and creating sustainable mixed-tenure communities with social value. She also has extensive experience in Build to Rent having designed bespoke schemes, produced design guides and contributed to the ULI’s Build to Rent: A Best Practice Guide. Outside of the practice, she worked on secondment as programme manager for LB Brent in their Regeneration Team, and was on their Design Review Panel. She has recently been appointed to the Catalyst Housing Charitable Trust Board.
